Gym
The YMCA Fitness Centre has the latest Star Trac and Nautilus resistance and cardio-vascular machines. In addition we have a free weights area, which includes a range of Origin and Xenios equipment, up to 40kg dumbells and an impressive functional training area. We are confident that the equipment will help you achieve your goals.
Exercise Classes
We have two studios with nearly 60 adult classes per week. Please view our Classes Timetable for details.
Friendly Environment

We have a sauna in each changing area allowing you to unwind.
